1. Acceptance of terms

By using MidiVault, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we provide

MidiVault lets you search, preview, and download MIDI files. Files are indexed automatically and provided "as is," without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or overload the service; scrape or bulk-download the library in a way that degrades service for other users; or upload/submit files you don't have the right to share.

4. Intellectual property

MidiVault does not claim ownership of the musical compositions represented by the MIDI files in the library. MIDI files are typically transcriptions or arrangements; rights to the underlying composition remain with the original rights holders. See our Disclaimer for our copyright/takedown process.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
